To enter the waiting room for a video consultation, you need to confirm your appointment date and time . If you do not have an appointment, then you need to book an appointment by calling (07)5338 7178

If you have received a txt message or email with your appointment details and have confirmed your appointment then enter the waiting room where you need to wait until the health professional is ready to accept your call. Enter your name and phone number when prompted. You may have to wait for 5 minutes until the health professional arrives and accepts you into the consultation.
